PicPay
Payment App, Credit and Debit Card Manager, Investment Tools
PicPay, a widely-used digital wallet app in Brazil, was designed with millions of users in mind. Its primary focus is to provide convenience, user-friendliness, accessibility, and robust security, making it a trusted platform for everyday transactions and payments. To bring about large-scale features, I utilized the following technologies:
- UIKit and programmatic layout for designing interfaces.
- MVVM, Coordinator, and Modular architecture for flexibility and scalability.
- Keychain for securely storing sensitive data.
- Push notifications for real-time updates and engagement.
- Camera integration for scanning QR Codes and Bar Codes.
- Dispatch queues handling asynchronous flow and ensuring optimal performance.
- REST API connections to facilitate communication with external services.
- Analytics tools for monitoring usage and gathering insights.

Home screen
I developed a dynamic banner system for quick and convenient remote configuration. I also enhanced the suggestion list and implemented additional elements within the scroll view using the Texture framework, prioritizing performance.
Wallet
I played a role in redesigning the entire wallet feature, ensuring accessibility for screen readers. This included implementing a credit/debit card manager for seamless management.
Savings
At PicPay, I contributed to the creation of a flexible savings account that allows users to organize their savings using virtual Piggy Banks. I was involved in the project from its inception, including design research and refinement.
